No it’s not branding
Let’s firstly define what visual identity is: visual identity is the visual aspect of branding that businesses create in order to evoke the certain feelings and experiences of a brand.
So that’s anything visual that your brand produces to communicate your brand; such as logos, fonts, photos, and any other visuals that are needed. Branding is not simply making a logo. While it is a part of it, branding goes far beyond a logo. Visual identity is part of your branding that helps communicates the overall message, values, and promises of your brand through anything that is visual.
